The app is very bad designed, it miss all the most important features or are hidden somewhere and not in the home page (like transaction details, account numbers, or how to make a transfer). It was also so difficult on creating ID and password that I quickly got frustrated. I would not recommend to anyone, it needs a major update.

It stalls while remaining in the hourglass mode. It connects via 4G.

Addition, the maximum withdrawal amount of Global Pass is still 100k yen at one time and it is too stupid to not change the foreign currency deposit reserve amount via online. They should at least make it possible to do that online since you are charging a lot of fees.

ドルの残高合計を換算した日本円だけでなくドルのままで表記できるようにしてほしい。
定期預金が複数あると面倒です。

あとは、確認書類がウェブに飛んだり、アプリ内の記述のみで良かったりってちょっと使いにくいかな。

タブレット使用者は取引不能。
アップデートによって起動時にスプラッシュWindowロゴが出たあと、真っ白になって動かなくなった。削除、再インストールしても改善がない。非推奨ではなくて動作不能、のようです。なぜタブレット端末を差別化するのか理由があるんでしょうか? 排除阻害感が大きいです。 アップデートで何か起動条件がアップされ、対象から外されたんでしょうか？なら早々にきちんとapp Store情報を正確な情報に修正してください。 タブレットでの使用は推奨しないのは何か使用上の理由があるので、使えなくなったんでしょうか。 取引できなくなったんで残念です。また、電話対応に戻ります。

アプリを立ち上げると画面真っ白でフリーズ。何回やっても同じで、インストールし直したら直るのかな？とここに来ましたが、皆さんの書き込みで他の方にも起きていると分かって少し安心しました。メインの口座は別銀行で私はこのアプリを日常的に使うわけではないので一定期間使えなくても困りませんが、そうではない方には大問題ですよね。銀行側は何をしているのでしょう。。。

アンダルシアの猫さんと同じくiPadからの起動では、ログイン画面が表示されなくなってしまいました。
バージョン1.2.8の更新により当該現象が出るようになったと思われます。
タブレットは推奨されていないとのことですが、App Store にて　互換性→このiPadに対応、と出てるので、修正願いたいです。

電話サポートはiPadでは使えなくなったと説明していたが、レビューを見る限りスマホでも画面ホワイトアウトでアプリが動作停止する模様。アプリストアでも「このiPadに対応」となっており、最近急にアプリが死んだのはバージョンアップの不具合という事だろう。本当に不便だし、早急に対応するなり、バージョンを落として以前の様に使える様にして欲しい。
