## What is SMD3?

The App allows users to access waste containers equipped with an access control system in the territory served by the SMD3 to deposit their Residual Waste. 
The data collected by the computer system allows to SDM3 to count the number of accesses by each user over a defined period, and also to evaluate the possibilities of optimising the distribution of the containers over the territory and the frequency of their emptying.
How to register on the application :
-for SMD3 residential users, simply enter the "user name" corresponding to the code on the badge in their possession and the "password" received by e-mail from the SMD3;
-for tourist users, an e-mail address is required.
To use it, it is necessary to accept the regulation on the protection of personal data. 
 Function available in the application:

Magnifique application qui vous permettra de vous mettre dans la peau d’un éboueur et faire le job de votre municipalité ! Ambiance et odeurs garanties ! Il y a même un super système d’achat in app obligatoire qui permettra de financer les prochaines décision toujours bien intelligentes du club.

En passant sur le fait que cette application nécessite 10 minutes de mise en place pour ouvrir une poubelle, il est nécessaire pour un touriste de payer un ecopoint (5,88€) pour une ouvrir UNE fois UNE poubelle. 
Finalement on se retrouve à devoir laisser le sac bien fermé à côté car on n’a pas d’autre choix. L’équipe qui a créé cette personne finit finalement par polluer son propre patrimoine naturel. (Et je suis un fervent écologiste, je ne peux juste pas faire 15 km à pied pour aller à la prochaine poubelle)

Est ce que le chef de projet a testé l’application ? La réponse est non. Si vous créez un compte en ligne sur un navigateur (sur votre ordinateur) puis que vous allez le même jour sur l’application et bien … votre email et mot de passe ne sont pas reconnus et vous ne pouvez donc pas utiliser l’application. En 2025 ! Pas de synchronisation entre les bases en temps réel ! C’est à l’image finalement du pseudo service rendu avec le ramassage des déchets …

J’utilise pour me connecter, comme demandé, mon code d’usager et mon mail renseigné auprès du sdm3. 
L’appli indique toujours « identifiants incorrects ». J’ai 30 ans d’expérience en informatique… pas d’erreur de ma part. 
Application inutilisable et inutile.
Je me connecte sans problème au site web par contre. À ce propos, pourquoi les identifiants de connexion diffèrent-ils entre le site web et l’application ?

Lors de l’ouverte, même avec un numéro d’usager enregistré dans l’application , l’application veut vous faire payer avec votre carte bancaire alors que vous payez déjà annuellement plus de 300€.
A fuir sinon vous allez être prélevé en double.
Lorsqu’on appelle, pas d’explication apportée à cette problématique.
La personne fait remonter et doit nous rappeler.
