Ive been receiving OTP ,but there is no field to input in the app. the apps is always loading i also enrolled my property in auto payment using my card but is not consistently working. there are months that the payments were skipped and I ended up with manual payments again. the autopayments were also not automatically posted and Customer service will still need to email for the proof of autopayment. they charged a convenience fee for that enrollment only to end up with failed transactions.
