SME Smartsites provides a first class service for domestic, public and private sector customers in commercial and industrial markets. Our core activities include design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical & air conditioning systems. We are also able to offer energy consultancy and building services to enable a ‘complete package’. By offering the following combined services under one contract, SME are able to provide considerable savings, one contact method enabling better communication and a tighter project timeline structure. This allows our projects to keep on time and within budget. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 16.5.4 — 2026-09-12 What’s New in Version 16.5.4 We’ve added new features and improvements to make the app easier and faster to use. • Added a new Site Survey (A) menu to easily manage site survey data, including survey details, photos, videos, voice notes, and PDFs. • Gas Certificates has been renamed to Certificates & Commissioning for easier access to all certificate and commissioning options. • Added three new forms under Certificates & Commissioning: - Pressure Test Certificate - VRV Commissioning Sheet - Commissioning Sheet • Added RAMS management in Project Details, allowing you to view, upload, sign, and manage RAMS documents easily. • Improved Toolbox Talk with a faster and easier flow. • Added a menu search bar to help you quickly find menus from the Dashboard and Health & Safety sections. • General UI improvements and stability updates for a smoother experience. Thank you for using the app! ### 16.5.3 — 2026-09-03 What’s New in Version 16.5.2 We’ve made several improvements to make your everyday work easier, faster, and more efficient. • You can now add the PO Amount, including VAT, when creating a Materials request. • Estimated Value and PO Amount are now required when submitting a Materials request, helping prevent incomplete requests. • We’ve improved the Purchase Order Approval screen so order details are easier to view. • We’ve removed duplicate menu items to make navigation simpler and easier to use. • A duplicated section from the order details screen Removed. • We’ve improved PPE and Uniform requests, making it easier to request PPE and get approval from committee members. • We’ve fixed minor bugs and made several improvements for a smoother experience.
