Communication error is all that shows when starting up this app.

Will be glad to revise my opinion and rating IF I can ever USE it!

I have not been able to get this app to load yet. Every time I try to use it, I get the following error message:

"Communication Error. Please try again later" 

All other apps on my iPod Touch are working just fine. Contacted support, no response.
