All it says is connection error each and every time with Wi-Fi or no regular service. I even tried it on another device. This app needs to be fixed! ### 2/5 — App okay, but needs some tweaks. *2020-03-05, version 1.2.3* The subscription plans are a great value, the app needs some improvement, mainly on the screen where you choose your seat. Many of the theaters are mirror image of what they really look like. When seat 1 looks like it would be on the left while looking at the screen, it’s actually on the right. Also you don’t see any row letters until you choose a seat, which can make it hard to coordinate with other subscribers since each account can only get seats for themselves. I’m not complaining about not being able to choose other subscribers seats, just the lack of labeling on the seat selection screen. ### 4/5 — Could be perfect with a minor adjustment. *2019-12-29, version 1.1.9* Love the access subscription but dislike how you can not purchase tickets days in advance. Otherwise, love it. ### 1/5 — Worthless. Do Not Fall For It! *2019-12-19, version 1.1.9* This subscription is a huge waste of money. Here is the small print. You can only schedule one movie ticket per subscription, therefore, everyone who would like to see the movie with you needs their own phone or perfect coordination to make sure you books seats next to each other. You are unable to purchase multiple subscriptions on one username, each person needs their own phone, username, and subscription. You are only able to reserve a ticket the day of the show. When you attempt to do this, many times you will receive an error “A server with the specified host name could not be found.” Absolute waste of money and time. ### 1/5 — No Group Subscription or Advanced Tickets available *2019-12-18, version 1.1.9* When the unlimited group subscription and advance ticket options become available, I will improve my score to 5 stars. ### 2/5 — Great concept/program. App needs updating *2019-10-03, version 1.1.8* Please update so we can choose dates. I like to purchase tickets in advance as I am sure many other members do as well. On the app we have to wait until the day of which runs the risk of not getting any good seats.
