App closes any time you try to search a location.

I love this idea, and definitely need help finding my way thru SMH.  But I tried 4 times to use this today and it never worked long enough to get me to my destination.  Once the app closed itself. Once it never found me.  Once it never moved off the “take elevator to X floor” instruction. And once it took me way past the correct hallway.  All 4 times I gave up and used a combination of signs and kind strangers.
