I reported for over a week and up until now they have not replied me ignored me and acted reluctant this is a scammer app don’t use they are very poor in their customer care and very poor in services. Don’t say i did not warn you!! ### 1/5 — Background running *2023-08-04, version 3.0.6* This app doesn’t run in the background, if the app isn’t open, calls aren’t coming in. You should work on it so that it can be running in the background just like WhatsApp and the rest. ### 1/5 — Error login *2023-06-19, version 3.0.5* It doesn’t login in the app but does on the website ### 1/5 — Absolutely Crap! *2023-05-15, version 3.0.5* The app is beyond useless and is actually a waste of the space it takes up on your device. Nothing works, and when you try to retrieve data such as usage, it returns a ‘No Records Found’ message regardless of the filter dates you use. It does not allow you to edit your personal data such as email address and even getting started with the app was a colossal headache. Its always unavailable each time you try to make calls and the advice is always uninstall and reinstall. I have done so three times, it will work for few days and back to square one after. The app needs immediate update to bring it up to speed with other call apps. The calls are however very clear. Will need some time to learn on the functions in the app. ### 2/5 — Phone feature not working properly *2025-04-19, version 3.1.4* The phone feature on this app has a number of bugs. 1. There is no place / settings to disable the vibration feedback when inputting numbers on the dial pad. This should be added. 2. Sometimes when you are done with a call and click on the “end call button” the call doesn’t end and the call interface goes away, you now have to tell the person at the other end of the call to help you end the call. 3. When calling companies that have IVR system setup, when inputting the various number selections on the dial pad based on what the IVR is saying out, the input is not recognised and ends up timing out. Do well to fix these bugs. ### 2/5 — Many improvements needed *2024-08-25, version 3.1.3* I think you guys have a great product especially for Nigerians abroad but using this app is a pain. I have close to 500 minutes on the app but it keeps telling me Out of Credit even though I just recharged. There’s never a time I’m guaranteed the app will let me place my call, there’s always one problem or the other. This is very painful because I love your product and it’s very cheap to use. Nevertheless the pain is not worth it. This app should be a great competitor to Boss revolution but again, this app is a pain to use. Smile Voice is probably better than this new app. ### 2/5 — App unable to stay connected in background. *2023-11-18, version 3.1.0* This app is really frustrating, it's unable to stay connected in background. I can even say the former smile voice app is much better than this (My smile) in terms or connection. Please dear @smile communication should update this app and find a way of attaching even CALL RECORDING. ### 2/5 — Not so good *2023-01-21, version 3.0.5* App worked great when I first started using it. Easy to check balance, easy to recharge. Lately app has gone bonkers. Has an error message permanently on it. Have deleted and reinstalled a number of times. Still not working.
