So first I am a teen who is grieving and I need this app but it won’t load I have tried many different times many different days at many different places and on many different devices and it just won’t load so please please please fix this so I can use this app I will keep trying

Lovely, simple but very effective app. However I’m having trouble adding any photos or seeing pictures of gifts etc.

Have had a look around the app itself and found the content to be very encouraging and engaging! We’ll be making all our pupils aware of the charity incase they are ever in need! We had a few teething issues with older devices but other than that our kids have all loved it, the way they can send gifts to their loved ones and keep a track of how they’re feeling! 

I would like to point out the review by NorwichRed is very misleading and inappropriate. I imagine the reasons for making users register is so they can login and out on different devices. If there was no login, anybody could pickup their phone and view the stored details! They’re protecting their data with the login rather than abusing it. Additionally I was presented with a disclaimer notice when using the app for the first time which included a note so say if you have any concerns please get in touch. So for anybody reading NorwichReds review. Take it with the lightest pinch of salt possible as they clearly do not know what they’re talking about.

I couldn’t recommend this more, honestly I have used this app for many years whilst grieving the losses of loved ones and I know it’s extremely hard to go through! It’s nice looking back on my diary’s on the app to see how comfortable I’ve got with them gone in a good way like I can reflect instead of feeling angry or guilty

This app is a lovely idea for those who want something to help them remember someone special who has died. Young people are almost surgically attached to their phones these days, making this app always accessible to them. 

As a professional who works with the bereaved and volunteer for a number of children's bereavement charities (including NJ) I have already recommended this to a number of people/young people. 

Highly recommended.
