Những trường hợp gấp, cần thông tin sớm, Smiles tốn quá nhiều thời gian để xử lý thông tin và hỗ trợ khách hàng, trong khi làm về tài chính là 1 sp rất nhạy cảm về mặt thời gian. Nếu ko cải thiện đc điểm này Smiles khó mà expand business được. Là 1 người dùng thường xuyên thì mình cảm nhận cảm giác frustrating khi ko đc hỗ trợ là nghiêm trọng nhất. Các vấn đề khác như user interface thì ko có vấn đề

Salah satu remittance yang paling aku rekomendasiin. Top up tanpa biaya, kirim uang cepat dan juga dapat poin. Poin bisa digunakan buat potongan biaya pengiriman selanjutnya. Saat ada kendala pun, chat admin selalu responsnya cepat, padahal hari minggu. Semoga semakin banyak lagi promonya atau penambahan fungsi pada aplikasi seperti penarikan uang ke rekening bank, kalau misal ada kelebihan nominal transfer.

I’m constantly getting notifications about the Japanese Yen (JPY) exchange rate, even though I don’t use JPY and have never shown any interest in it. These notifications are completely irrelevant and just clutter my phone.

Please improve the notification system so users only receive alerts for currencies they’ve actually selected or are interested in. There should also be an easy way to disable unwanted currency notifications.

A month ago nag expire yung Residence Card at di makapag update ng information since di pa dumadating yung bago, grabe ang tagal mag reply ng operator umaabot ng 3 hours, inabot ng buong araw ang sabi papayagan ako gumamit ng app hanggang July 21,2026 dahil nakapag submit ako ng proof na undergoing yung renewal ng residence card ko, this time tinry ko at urgent this time kasi daming bayarin at graduation, di makapag remit kasi need daw I update yung information, tapos kung tatanongin kung ilang araw or gaano katagal need mag hintay di nag rereply.

last time na di ako nakapag send eh ginawan ng operator ng paraan sila na mismo nag remit sa end nila pero ngayon pag tatanongin kung pwede bang sila ulit mag remit di na nag rereply yung operator nakakabastos, dahil urgent nga need mag remit tapos biglang di nag rereply.

Isa pang issue kung ayaw niyo namang payagan mag remit dahil mag issue sa pag update ng information, wag niyo din dapat hayaan ang mga user na mag deposit ng pera sa App niyo, natetenga yung pera eh 

Nakakdismaya rami panaman nag propromote sa App nato na sikat na mga vlogger pweee

Customer service is very slow. It took days to get replies, and each response only raised another question, making the process much longer than necessary. A simple remittance concern ended up taking several days without a clear resolution.

The verification process is understandable, but the delays and lack of efficient communication made the experience stressful and inconvenient.

SMILES đang đối xử với khách hàng theo cách vô cùng thiếu trách nhiệm.

Tôi vẫn đang ở Nhật hợp pháp với thời gian lưu trú 30 ngày để chuẩn bị về nước. Tài khoản ngân hàng Yucho của tôi vẫn hoạt động bình thường và phía ngân hàng vẫn hỗ trợ sử dụng dịch vụ sau khi thẻ gai hết hạn. Thế nhưng SMILES lại từ chối hỗ trợ chuyển tiền mà không đưa ra bất kỳ giải pháp hợp lý nào.

Điều vô lý là ngay cả ngân hàng Nhật còn có cơ chế hỗ trợ khách hàng trong giai đoạn chuyển tiếp, còn SMILES thì chỉ biết từ chối. Khi khách hàng thực sự cần hỗ trợ để chuyển số tiền hợp pháp của mình về Việt Nam, thứ nhận được chỉ là sự cứng nhắc và thái độ thiếu thiện chí.

Một dịch vụ chuyển tiền quốc tế nhưng lại không có phương án xử lý cho những trường hợp thực tế như thế này thì chất lượng dịch vụ ở đâu? Quyền lợi khách hàng ở đâu?

Tôi sẽ tiếp tục chia sẻ trải nghiệm này để mọi người cân nhắc kỹ trước khi sử dụng SMILES. Một công ty chỉ biết quảng cáo nhưng không biết hỗ trợ khách hàng khi phát sinh vấn đề thì không xứng đáng với sự tin tưởng của người dùng.
