I’m giving this a one star in hopes of arriving at the attention of the developers. I’ll change it to 5 stars once this is solved.

Please add support for quicker logins. This doesn’t support Face ID or Touch ID. It doesn’t even remember my email for the next log in. I find it easier to go to my computer to log in than use this app. 

Please fix this

As a TC, I would stress when our doctor would leave on vacation knowing we may lose a week or even two of seeing new patients and starting cases which affected meeting our quarterly goals and bonuses.  This app not only makes it easy to continue seeing new patients while the doctor is away but even I can vacation at the same time and still start cases!!

SmileSnap has done an incredible job with this app! It is a new patient consultation tool in the palm of your hand. It takes the already user friendly experience of SmileSnap virtual consultations and makes it accessible and convenient on your phone. I have used the beta for a week and I am hooked! I find it so intuitive to be using smilesnap on an app, and having the easy access allows much faster response times to patients. My TC LOVES it as well. Great job!!!!!

This app is a great compliment to the Smile Snap web service. It's easy to use and made it convenient to connect with patients and prospects from wherever I'm at.

With a simplified and easy to use interface, this app is perfect for dentists that want to bring transparency and more convenient communication to their patients. 
I particularly like this as a mom that wants validation that my kid is ok and sometimes all I want is to send a picture or jump on a video call and be told everything is ok before I waste my time going all the way to the doctor without needing it.
