## What is SmileYou?

The fastest way to make people smile — a customer satisfaction survey via QR code, tablet or kiosk.

Unhappy customers don't complain. They just leave — and never come back.

SmileYou does three things at once: measures satisfaction, turns problems into action, brings customers back.

MEASURE: Customers scan a QR code or tap one of 5 emojis on a tablet (Excellent to Very Poor). The satisfaction survey takes 10 seconds — no app to download. Works in 7 languages.

TAKE ACTION: A low score instantly creates a task for your team — fixed before it becomes a lost customer.

BRING THEM BACK — Campaign Management: Create a campaign and the system generates a digital QR coupon automatically. Set a discount, a free item, or a spin-to-win/scratch-card prize to guarantee their next visit.

Tablet Kiosk Mode: Place your tablet at the entrance or on the counter; the app switches to full-screen kiosk mode. The device is locked using iOS Guided Access, and staff exit securely with Face ID or a PIN.

90+ ready-made templates — live in under a minute.

Not just for customers — for your internal operations too: cafeteria satisfaction, restroom/hygiene audits, office cleaning quality, occupational health & safety (OHS), meeting room and coworking space evaluations — hear your employees too.

Built for restaurants, cafes, retail stores, hotels, auto shops, and internal operations/HR teams alike.

Download today and launch your first customer satisfaction survey in 60 seconds.
