Earlier this year I bought a new phone and the app wouldn’t transfer to the new phone so I went to redownload it and the app was “no longer available.” I was bummed because this is definitely one of my favs. I just saw today that it was available again but I have to pay for premium again. If I already purchased I should just be able to redownload it. Why do I have to purchase it again?? ### 2/5 — Problem upgrading *2020-04-22, version 1.4.9* I downloaded the app and really like your Smileys. I want to pay to upgrade to premium but when I try to it says cannot complete not available. What’s going on can I get premium or not? So sad. Please fix. In reality that's not true. Therefore you can't make a real assessment of the app. The first thing they tell you is you can pay for it. Then be all well and good but they don't bother to tell you what that amount is. Needless to say I deleted it. I know some people doesn't believe in the religious aspect of the holiday but there are several that do. I love all the animated emoticons and it would be cute to have a Christmas tree, Santa, Rudolph the Rednose reindeer that are animated and also some for the New Year.
