スマイリングロードは、2022年7月1日にドライブレコーダー含めてリニューアルいたしました。
正式利用はお申し込みなどを終え、ご利用のID/PWを入手いただいた後となりますのでご了承ください。
 
「SmilingRoad」は、損保ジャパンが提供する法人・個人事業主向け安全運転支援サービスの専用アプリです。
ドライブレコーダーから取得した走行データを元に、運転ごとの安全度を診断します。万が一起きてしまった事故・トラブル時のサポート機能付きです。
 
【注意】本アプリのサービス・機能をご利用いただくためには、ご勤務先において安全運転支援サービス「スマイリングロード」をご契約いただき、専用のドライブレコーダーを設置いただく必要があります。
液晶画面がないタイプのドライブレコーダーをご利用のお客様は、従来より提供している「スマイリングロード」（カタカナ表記）をご利用ください。
 
【主な機能】
▼安全運転診断
運転終了後に加速/ 減速/ ハンドリング/ エコなどの運転操作に対する安全運転診断を行います。診断結果に応じて「マイル」（本サービス専用ポイント）を提供します。
 
▼危険挙動
運転時に危険な挙動を検知した場合は、ドライブレコーダーで画像を撮影し、ドライバーと管理者の方にお知らせします。
 
▼安全運転ランキング
前日の安全運転診断の結果を、社内・全国別に毎日ランキング形式で表示します。ランキングの上位者にはプチギフトをプレゼントします。
 
▼社内目標
社内共通の安全運転診断スコアを目指します。社内の目標を同僚みんなで達成するとマイルが貰えます。
 
▼SNS
運転診断結果やランキングなど、良い結果の情報をドライバー本人/社内のタイムラインに自動投稿、タイムライン内で「いいね」を送り合うことで社内の安全運転意識の向上につながります。

▼プレゼント応募
安全運転診断によって貯めた「マイル」を使用して、抽選で当たるプレゼントに応募できます。
 
▼事故対応
万一事故が起きてしまった際は、対応方法を確認しすぐに必要な場所へ連絡ができるほか、自動車に関する様々なシーン別のトラブル対処法を確認できます。

・損保ジャパンの自動車保険ご契約者さまに限らずご利用いただけます。
・本サービスを通じて取得した情報は、専用サーバーに送信の上、利用法人等の管理者にも提供されます（一部情報を除く）。サービス利用情報の取扱いに関しては、アプリ内の利用規約をご確認ください。
・通信状況によっては、ドライブレコーダーから走行データを受信できない場合があります。
・本アプリは、事故通報時に位置情報サービスを利用します。位置情報サービスをオンにしてください。

運転中の速度超過等のアドバイスは一切なく、ただ結果が届く。逆に管理者に対してはリアルタイムに情報が届く。事故防止ではなくただの監視でしかない。これが事故防止に役立てられるのか甚だ疑問。

事故防止に多いに役立っているので今後も継続予定。
プレゼントの抽選が当たったり賞品がもっと増えるといいです。
