The wait is over... *2019-11-20* I am so thankful that this app is finally on iOS, especially with thanksgiving orders going out this week. Very excited to use this, interface is simple and clean, nothing extra very clean. Only wish I could manipulate future orders easier, but it’s okay enabling notifications for order reminders is a game changer for me. Notifications only show up in app. I have to manually set reminders in Reminders. ### 1/5 — Sideways shopping *2020-08-16* This app is totally bad - even after bug fixes. It’s the only app where I cannot view it horizontally and it’s just the app I need to be able to use well horizontally. My iPad has a case that makes reading the shopping lists very difficult. I cannot get it to rotate to horizontal. Big bummer! **Developer response:** Hi. Our mobile application doesn't rotate by design. We're very sorry this is problematic for you. We are always working on ways to improve the app and will consider horizontal view for future releases. ### 2/5 — Overall just okay *2024-03-15* Overall just okay - not as convenient as the prior version of the app. The current app cuts off order changes half way through the day prior to delivery. The older app cut off orders in the evening the day before delivery. Another difference is the updated app increased the minimum order by 50%. ### 2/5 — Pointless *2022-09-25* This app doesn't do anything more or anything different than a web browser. Because it is a plain old Safari wrapper. The only difference, is the addition of notifications; a feature that I do NOT appreciate. I’ve “allow notifications” turned ON. And also I tried removing and reinstalling the app. It still didn’t fix the problem. ### 3/5 — Give me a reminder before 2PM *2022-09-27* This is the third week I’ve missed updating my milk order, because you shut off order changes after 2PM on Tuesday. Send a push notification at 1PM, “Last call for milk changes”. I now have three half gallon Half-N-Half’s in my fridge. I am begging. I do not like apps that are hard-coded for phone and render as a small phone-sized rectangle in on iPad. ### 4/5 — Excellent app, excellent service *2026-07-25* Many of us shop at multiple stores- staples from QFC, meats from PCC, seafood and produce at Whole Foods. But still, I forget items or change my menu plans or run out of things. It’s so handy to know we have a regular weekly delivery time. Also, I run out of refrigerator room sometimes and rely on that Friday delivery for weekend provisions- especially for houseguests arriving. My one complaint is that their milk, cream, and half and half go bad quickly! when I first brought that to their attention, I received a lecture on how to store milk. I’ve been storing dairy products successfully for over 50 years, so their advice didn’t help! Possibly their products are not ultra pasteurized….? ironic for a milkman, eh? ### 4/5 — Excellent app, excellent service *2026-02-10* Very helpful app for my weekly shopping.
