They recently updated the app a few weeks ago, and it’s basically unusable now smh… if you try to sort your devices, good luck. If you’re trying to assign your kids’s devices to their name, good luck🙄 if you’re trying to pause or unpause the internet for certain devices or people, again, GOOD LUCK! If you do anything on this app or attempt to navigate the app at all, it’s stuck in a constant “loading” loop and more tha 50% of the time if you manage to get past the loading - it pops up an error code… like I don’t understand why it’s so pathetic and works so badly when I’m paying for high speed internet? Ugh… I figured they’d have worked the bugs out by now but apparently it’s just a trash app design.

I use my own personal Mesh Router. 
After downloading the App… the very first thing it want's to do upon opening…. Is Register a Smithville Router. 

The App will not let you move forward without registering their Router. 

So to me… the App is useless and I will have to do all my business on the Smithville website. 

Now If I am doing something wrong… someone please let me know.
