Smoke Nothing helps you begin and sustain your smoke-free journey with a guided 15-minute self-hypnosis session and simple, private progress tracking.

Built by someone who quit after 15 years of smoking, the app combines practical encouragement with the Thomas Bresadola stop-smoking hypnosis session.

With Smoke Nothing, you can:

• Listen to the guided session with background and Lock Screen playback
• Track how long you have been smoke-free
• See your estimated savings and cigarettes avoided
• Record completed listening sessions
• Create and share your personal quit story
• Learn about cravings, relapse, mindset, and the self-hypnosis method

There is no account to create and no sign-in. Your quit date, smoking habits, savings, and session history are stored locally on your device.

For best results, listen somewhere quiet where you will not be disturbed. Self-hypnosis cannot make you do anything you do not want to do. You remain in control throughout the session.
