It can be so incredibly tough to get clean... you still have endure the usual anxieties, this app is a tiny help and worth having.... search out more apps in areas like hypnosis and meditation.... remind yourself hourly that: EVERY day, in EVERY way you get better and better..... インターフェイスもiOS7対応で、デザインもいい。機能はそんなにないですが、これで十分だと思います。
ただし、イベントがあるじきから長期化して、なかなか達成できなくなるので、もう少し達成しやすいイベントがあったらいいと思います。

Wieder einmal eine hervorragende App aus einer der sympathischsten Schmieden des Appstores. Übersichtlich, funktional, und eine Unterstützung beim nicht rauchen.

 Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass mich diese App wirklich motivieren kann, aber seit ich mein nächstes Ziel klar vor mir sehe und besonders die Anzahl der bereits nicht gerauchten Zigaretten und das gesparte Geld auf einen Blick erkennen kann, habe ich nie mehr Momente in denen ich schwach werden könnte. Empfehlung für alle die sowieso aufhören möchten. Nur wegen der App aufzuhören wird glaub ich schwierig, aber wer weiß...
