If it didn’t work, I was going to give up and accept I’m a smoker for good. I’ve smoked for over 20 years, a pack a day. I finished the 72 hour program last night and I woke up feeling amazing, I felt the best I had ever felt after quitting and I had so much confidence to continue thanks to smokeless. This is not a magic trick, it still takes time and commitment, but this is the only method that makes sense for me.
