I seen this app on tiktok, would definitely say it’s worth it. I’m 2 weeks smoke-free & I’ve never felt happier with myself. 

The first couple days were the hardest, but I feel like it’s 10 times easier now. I know it’s only been 2 weeks, but I honestly can’t believe that I was ever putting that stuff in my body to begin with. I’m never looking back!!!!!!

I like that it’s easy to understand and use the app. It’s easy to track my health progress, I would definitely say it’s a worth it app

Would love for them to incorporate widgets so I could log sessions outside the app. Overall, the app is definitely worth it! 10/10
