I want to use this app for astronomy, especially to see various sites I may visit in California.
It is not apparent how to name your prospective location to see if there is a lot of smoke before you travel 200 miles.
No search capability, and tapping on the map is not accurate at all.

This is the first app I’ve used that can actually create a forecast so I have some knowledge of what’s to come. I love that the app sends me a notification with a summary of what’s to come. I’ve not come across an app with this data that you didn’t have to pay for!
