The stuffed baked potato was great, and the moist brisket was to die for. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Options are terrible *2026-05-24* The app used to be perfect, but something has happened and they’ve taken the options away. For a BBQ place, the option to select lean or moist brisket is extremely important. Also for the drinks, there is no ice customization- and for some reason, they want to fill the drinks for you. Just leave the cups empty for the customers to fill when they get there, or at least have that as an option. They’ve also taken away the notes section where you can request such things. In addition, please make BBQ sauce as a choice for the breakfast taco sauces. ### 1/5 — Broken *2026-03-12* The latest update broke the app. As soon as I launch the app, it wants my phone number. There are no other options, only to enter your phone number. When I enter my number it tells me that my number is already taken. Yup, because I had been using earlier versions of the app and I have a login already. But now I can’t do anything. I’m just stuck in the enter your phone number loop and the app will do nothing else. ### 1/5 — Never Works *2025-05-16* I’ve tried multiple times to place an order by app. First off, the options are limited. For example chips are on the menu but you can’t specify what KIND of chips you want(???). Secondly, the app is buggy. I build an order up to the point where I indicate what time I want to pick up my order & suddenly get error messages that app is unable to build basket please try again later.
