## What is Smoko?

Quit smoking gradually – no cold turkey. Smoko counts your cigarettes and builds a plan that lowers your daily limit until you reach zero.

HOW IT WORKS
• Tell Smoko how many cigarettes you smoke a day and pick your quit date
• Your daily limit drops a little every day – see what's smoked and what's left at a glance
• Log a cigarette with one tap, or from the Home Screen widget (+1, +5, +10)
• Check today's limit on the Lock Screen widget

STAY MOTIVATED
• Take care of Chickpea, your virtual pet – it gets healthier as you stick to your plan
• Daily missions and streaks
• Support tab with quit stories and fidget mini-games for tough cravings

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Daily, weekly and monthly charts
• Edit any past day if you forgot to log
• Change your quit date or start over any time

Lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID.
