Run your Smolov bench cycle with a plan that stays organized from the first set through max day.

Smolov Bench calculates training weights from your starting max, lays out each workout, and keeps the details you need at hand while you lift.

• Follow all 12 programmed workouts across three weeks
• Record reps and weight for every set
• Start the rest timer automatically when a set is completed
• Auto-fill and adjust the workout date
• Mark each workout complete and return to the weekly plan
• Record up to three one-rep-max attempts on Week 4
• Save completed cycles and track progress in History
