Application très bien pensée dans l’ensemble. Un problème et à résoudre c’est le temps de chargement lors de l’ouverture de cette dernière . Obligé de relancer l’application plusieurs fois avant d’avoir accès aux renseignements . Le délai est interminable selon les jours malgré la 5G ou même la fibre optique .

Smoobu seems to do the job for me, it has many features some of which I don’t use, but no doubt I could. I’d like it to be a little bit less expensive and on the odd occasion when I have trouble navigating its interface a quick email to the Helpline usually explains the issue quite quickly.
There’s also a very good help button online which also clarifies things. I’ve not tried any others as this was recommended to me about five years ago so I really can’t compare it.

Les applis Smoobu ont toujours été d’une lenteur culte. Mais la on va dans le mauvais sens concernant l’ergonomie. Sur la page calendrier on voit même pas le nom du logement alors que énorme écran sur iPhone 17. On peut même plus ajouter une réservation. Une catastrophe.

I downloaded the app and I can’t get past the log in screen. I put in my log in credentials and then when pressing log in nothing happens.

iPhone 15 and also iPhone 16 with iOS 18

J’utilise cette application sur une version Android avec mon téléphone professionnel, car la version Apple est complètement raté, graphisme, utilisation et autres fonctionnalités

Il y avait une excellente application avant que celle-ci ne disparaisse d’Apple où nous pouvions mettre des mode sombre, depuis qu’elle a été remise sur Apple, c’est une catastrophe d’utilisation, surtout que je l’utilise pour 10 logements et ça me coûte 160 € par mois une véritable fortune pour ce genre de qualité

je vais chercher un nouveau logiciel courant 2026 Avec une application ludique et fonctionnel

J’utilise cette appli depuis 2021 pour mes 4 meublés de tourisme. J’en suis donc satisfaite. (J’aimerais juste que les fonctionnalités pour « Abritel » soient aussi poussées que celles sur Booking et Airbnb.)
