Initially specialising in home meal delivery, Smood quickly expanded into other areas. We are committed to an ongoing process of social responsibility. Smood is one of the only companies in the Swiss home delivery sector where all the delivery staff are employed by the company. As such, the teams benefit from working conditions guaranteed by a Collective Labour Agreement, governed by Swiss law. I have used Smood off and on for the past 1.5 years.  The service is inconsistent and unreliable.  We have an issue with almost every other order.  It is not normal that customers need to contact customer service so often for incorrect orders, non confirmed orders, non delivery, etc.  Use a different food delivery app.

If you want a great conversation with customer service about the idea of food, this app is great if you actually want food delivered use any other app. Literally, a carrier pigeon has a higher likelihood of successfully dropping food on you, than successfully using this app.

This app sends promotional push notifications and emails.

It also allows Sign in with Apple but claims that Apple private email addresses are not valid, forcing you to enter another one.

Finally, it is buggy. I am an app developer myself, and I was unable to place an order after several attempts; the only things I got from downloading it were lost time, reduced space on the device, App Library clutter, and spam.
