### 2/5 — Buggy, laggy, lacks essential features

On top of that you get pestered with ads and they try to make you pay of the pro version, which encompasses essential features.
Stick to the (also very laggy) web version.

The offered functionality is great, but this is the second tournament I’ve been to where the tournament had to stop because the next match wouldn’t load. The requests are timing out more often than not for the parents too.

Actually crazy they think having access to the activity feed should cost money and isn’t just a given…app could be better and way more user friendly, it’s pretty slow and glitchy

Created an account multiple times, allowing time for the account to go through the system for a couple days. Log in never works. Tried emailing support but the link doesn’t work. No one to help. Can’t sign up for any competitions. Terrible experience.

Basic functionality of tracking matches as a spectator is locked behind a $29 paywall. That portion should be free as a value add to the event promoters that already are paying to use the service to run the event. As much as I hate Trackwrestling, at least they understand where to draw the line between paid and free capabilities, and it’s not at the most basic of tracking matches schedules for individual participants.

The app is free to download and offers many features ans a clean mobile experience. The optional one time fee gives more control over notifications and we hope and believe that the value the Pro version gives and a one time fee is reasonable for athletes and fans that spend money on their sport and helps us improve and maintain the app.

Hard to imagine a worse experience than the website, yet here it is, in app form, with an absurd price.

The app is free to download and we offer an optional one time fee for more features such as a live activity countdown and more notifications.

This is a very bad application, there is no support, I made a payment, then it disappears, I can't see the story anywhere, I can't contact anyone, only a stupid robot that can't solve problems, I don't recommend it to anyone

What a useless app, unable to search athletes but I can via browser version. Not to mentioned the paywall behind the app.

I agree that it’s a worse experience than the web site. It’s like they started trying to port the site to an app and gave up part way. It doesn’t support any basic iPhone features and brings up a web view for the most basic stuff.

If you can look past the pay wall, I think the convenience and features are worth the cost. This is especially true if you compete via smoothcomp often. The app has also been very stable since launch.

Clean interface, real-time brackets, smooth registration and easy access to match times and results. It’s a game-changer for competitors, coaches and parents, would highly recommend getting the upgrade!

Id love to see a feature that notifies you when an opponent joins or leaves your bracket(s). That small upgrade would make a big difference.

L’application est très bien faite et pratique. Le seul bémol est la recherche dans une compétition: on ne peut pas filtrer sur une catégorie ( âge, poids, ceinture) on doit donc parcourir tous la liste des catégories pour trouver le groupe recherché.

Can’t sign up for any competitions. Update-it took a few days but was able to get an account going. Good app for seeing comps and getting info. Still not a 5 star due being difficult to navigate to certain matches. Have to scroll through everything, all the kids matches, teens, etc. should be a search or filter.
