In fact, none of the controls work. After the initial set-up. To stop the slider, I either have to power it down while the slider is still moving causing it to come to an immediate halt. Which can’t be good for the track. Or I then have to delete the app in the background and open it again. And press the A or B point then quickly shut it down before it starts moving again. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2021-03-13* This app needs some serious updates. It barely works. The time-lapse feature doesn’t work at all, when I click start I get no movement or completely random movement that doesn’t match with the settings I chose. ASHANKS needs to seriously revisit this app and make some improvements. It’s not even usable and I feel like i’m not getting what I paid for ### 1/5 — Crashing software *2020-11-02* App used to work, but now crashes at launch. No other way to control the slider interface ### 4/5 — It works but not very intuitive *2020-10-01* So if you want to get this app to work you have to go to “home position” and select your A and B point. Here is the trick, you have to hold the button “Point A” to move one direction and “Point B” to move the other. Once you get this down it works great. Very Very quiet motor! Haven’t gotten into time lapse yet but will review soon! ### 1/5 — Garbage...software doesn’t work AT ALL! *2020-05-20* Garbage...software doesn’t work AT ALL! ### 1/5 — I think there is a bug *2020-01-05* I found two versions in the App Store, blue icon and green icon, neither one uses the same title as in the manual which is “SmartONE PLUS-APP”. I tried both. Blue ran, but would not connect to my slider, a version that uses the NP-FE50 battery. Purchased March 7 from Amazon. Green icon app ran (this version), and I could move the slider using the A and B buttons, but it never gave me the ok button, nor let me use the yes button to set point A. Any of of the other buttons or tabs would just flash that page and return to the set points screen. The exception was the speed button/bar which I could set sometimes, but the motor speed didn’t change. I’m using an iPhone 8 Plus which has a recent iOS.
