I canceled the subscription before the trail was over and they still tried to charge me! Now I can’t download any other apps until I pay for this one! It’s a scam and fraud! My second unborn son has more rizz than this app 🤦🏾‍♂️ **Developer response:** Hey, founder here. Apologies for any frustration caused, but we definitely do not charge users for trials that are canceled before the trial period ends. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@smoothspeak.ai. If it was an error on our end, we are more than happy to refund you completely. That said, the claim that Smoothspeak is preventing you from downloading other apps does not make sense at all. App downloads, Apple ID billing holds, and payment restrictions are controlled by Apple, not by our app. This review is making claims that are not accurate, but we still want to give you the benefit of the doubt and resolve any issue you are having as fast as possible. Since you did not like the app experience, we would also appreciate any feedback you are willing to share.
