Impossible de l’enregistrer simplement. It kept on saying that payment had failed, so tried 3 times, and later realised that it has taken my money 3 times. My the app show no record of my using it or receipts for the payments which I need as company car. I now need to figure out how to get my money back. Die wiederholte Bestätigung der Geschäftsbeziehung und die häufige Eingabe der Kreditkarten-PIN machen die Nutzung unnötig umständlich. Die Verbindung mit dem EC-Konto gestaltet sich zudem oft schwierig. Naturally, it requires internet. Naturally, there’s no signal. And you must pay before plugging in, so I had to run outside several times. I do not recommend this company, very unreliable app and poorly built. Average charge speed is never more than 2kw despite the app saying the unit can handle 22kw. Avoid and use other services instead. Pre charging £30 is very frustrating too, the app fails multiple times and pre charges repeatedly. Nobody carries physical credit cards on their person anymore. And Scandinavia has trained us to be this way!!!! Every single payment system that is meant to work anywhere in the Scandic regions should have Apple Pay as a standard payment option. Period. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — If You’re From Out of Town This App Will Save You *2023-10-28, version 3.1.4* TLDR: Rent a gas car if you are from out of town or use Smooev. Saying that it was a nightmare to find charging for our rental EV would be an understatement. Many of the chargers in NL only worked for Dutch residents fortunately Smooev worked for us as we were from out of town. Smooev was literally the only chargers between Amsterdam and Rotterdam that would charge the car for us without a “charge card”. ### 5/5 — Super einfach und unkompliziert *2022-07-06* Klappt alles, innerhalb von einer Minute komplett eingerichtet (registriert etc.) und gleich erfolgreich Ladevorgang gestartet. Using an EV in Europe as an American just got a whole lot easier thanks to Smoov launching this app in the US App Store. They added this when I asked. If you visit Europe or live there and use the US App Store you can now use a great app to charge an electric car E.U. I downloaded the App and went around to charge my car. At first it didn’t work and I was very annoyed by the fact that it took my £40 . I then phoned up the helpline and this gentleman was so helpful and patient with me so I went around again the following day. This time I scanned the QR code for the App to locate the charging station and it works fine without any hassle. I am well pleased because I don’t have to travel far away before charging my car on a daily basis. Please be patient and if it doesn’t work, call the helpline for support and you will not be disappointed.
