Leider ist schon die Registrierung bzw. ID-Verifizierung gescheitert: Die ID ließ sich trotz mehrfacher Versuche einfach nicht scannen. Die App ist unnötig kompliziert und absolut nicht intuitiv. Gerade bei einem Fahrradverleih sollte der Ablauf schnell und unkompliziert funktionieren: App herunterladen, registrieren, Fahrrad freischalten und losfahren. Stattdessen haben wir viel Zeit mit einer nicht funktionierenden Verifizierung verschwendet und konnten am Ende überhaupt kein Fahrrad mieten. Für Touristen, die einfach schnell ein Fahrrad ausleihen möchten, aus unserer Erfahrung leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen. **Developer response:** Hallo! Bicing ist ein Jahresservice, der für Personen mit Wohnsitz in Spanien vorgesehen ist. Daher ist die Anmeldung nur mit einer gültigen DNI oder NIE möglich. Die SMOU-App bietet jedoch auch weitere Funktionen wie Parkscheinautomat, Taxi, Laden von Elektrofahrzeugen sowie Parken per App, die allen Nutzerinnen und Nutzern zur Verfügung stehen. Wir sind dann auf andere Verleihdienste ausgewichen, da die viel unkomplizierter waren und man direkt los fahren konnte. Ich empfehle es niemandem.
