When I try to change the start time for my Irritrol sprinkler program, the adjustments jump out of view, so I can't adjust the time. I'm using it on iPhone 14 Pro Max. The software support is useless. Their website claims it works with Alexa, but it doesn’t. I called their HQ, and the guy who called me back blamed Alexa for the problems. This is false advertising on their website. I feel like I just wasted my money. I would been happier throwing my money in trash. ### 1/5 — App won’t even open. *2024-08-25* It used to work just fine. Somehow it won’t even open now and SmrtScape remote won’t give me the details I require such as stop running, schedule starting, exiting. The app fails to launch on my iPhone. Had to update firmware in the controller and wireless receiver (which was a few years old) but the instructions were straightforward and easy. Updating the zone descriptions in the app worked fine but I did experience a 10 second delay after pressing the Save button and the save messages closed before the screen would update. Because of the delay I was pressing the Save button multiple times thinking it wasn’t taking but realized it took time for the data to save. A progress spinner would be helpful. Overall the app worked great for me. It’s nice being able to program and control my irrigation system from my phone. ### 5/5 — Gives remote connection *2020-06-21, version 1.0125* Gives me remote connectivity to irrigation controllers from Irritrol and Toro. It turned on an irrigation pump when I was not around and ruined the pump. Called Toro and was told this is an issue and there is no timeframe for fix.
