I log in about 15 times a day. App sucks. ### 1/5 — no notifications *2025-04-07* app stopped delivering notifications. 5 stars when it’s fixed. It could be so much better. UI/UX is awful. They constantly impact performance of communication with customers. We’ve all seen the red triangle of death, which is just another way for SMS Magic to have your org buy more numbers. Constantly have to sign back in and out to get things to push through. It seems that once one error is resolved, another pops up. Please share your feedback. ### 3/5 — Works...but needs an important component *2019-01-19* While the app works, and connects the conversations you have using the SMS Magic add-on in Salesforce... ....it needs one important aspect: It should connect (if you have them) to contacts in your phone and add the name of the person that you are texting.
