## What is SMS Mobile?

Rolls-Royce SMS Mobile makes it possible to report events or incidents online or offline from remote locations.  The app is intended to be used for reporting safety incidents, or identifying hazards or risks of interest, through customisable forms that can be designed to meet individual business needs. 

Updates to the application data are managed seamlessly through our API.  Send a report from the app to safety and risk management application, SMS Solution, where it will be assessed.  Then, monitor the feedback and status of your sent report from within the app. SMS Mobile provides you access to everything you need to complete the reporting process from your mobile device.

As mensagens ficam presas na caixa de saída e não são enviadas, mesmo quando marcadas como urgentes ou recentes. Quando tento contatar o suporte, não há um endereço de e-mail disponível, tornando impossível o contato. O aplicativo praticamente não tem utilidade, pois não consigo enviar os relatórios.

It simply does not send any reports after they are filled out and the send button is clicked. The reports do not move from the “outbox” to the “sent” itens. Sometimes it is necessary to logout several times, reset of all settings or even completely reinstall the app for a report to be finally sent. It is a completely useless app.

We've made some changes to the Tiled Home screen and Outbox, along with some improvements to the app to keep things running smoothly.

Depending on the version of SMS Solution you connect to, these include updates for single tap lists, recalling reports, auto-resizing images, and staff field display options.
