And I have to go through and take them all again. This is not up to standards for an iPhone 11 pro max. Please fix. ### 1/5 — App is all pre-sales promises, and post sales excuses. *2018-07-21, version 3.0.10* If you’re looking for an efficient maintenance tracking tool you need to keep looking. Our company started nationwide rollouts in February, 2018. The last region happened a month ago, in June, 2018. And still it’s still crap and excuses every day. It’s like using a first generation photo organizer program that was a seventh grader’s class assignment. Work orders have four steps, and you can’t go backwards to add or subtract anything and the only requirement to move from step 1 to 2, 2 to 3, and 3 to 4 is a single required photo. Then from step 4 to check out two questions with yes/no responses, and a place for a brief note. The app barely crawls if reception is 2 of 4 bars. And you can’t add photos without huge delays or lost photos with 1 bar. But worst of all is the complete and utter lack of training of their crack team of operators answering the phones. They know absolutely NOTHING about maintenance. Have no map available for route planning. Never know who to ask for help. And I’ve just described the best features of this waste of time joke of a maintenance application! ### 2/5 — Pictures *2018-07-20, version 3.0.10* Can’t upload pictures as before??? No two step process ### 1/5 — App is not easy to use *2018-06-01, version 3.0.9* New update makes look up my photos starting the oldest and not newest as it used to be. It is not working many times. It is frozen many times. App should help makes your job easier but it is not. Some of the jobs disappear halfway through doing the job. I don't know why anybody would ever want this. Keywords need to be updated. I can have full bars and do a speed test but still fail to open work orders. It’s not even lunchtime yet and I’ve already had to force close the app four times. As you can see from the other reviews it is a problem that has persisted for a long time with no indication of it ever being solved ### 1/5 — Get some real app sofware developers *2022-06-04, version 3.2.16* This app is trash for the money you guys making ### 1/5 — To much going on *2021-06-18, version 3.2.5* The app has its purpose, but it’s gotten more and more complicated as it adds more features. They should get feedback from their best affiliates and come up with a simple way to do what the app should do. Lots of unnecessary features that aren’t properly communicated how to use. Too many pictures required. Sprinkler checks should have the questions about the system prompt after the pictures are taken. Scheduling should be easy but it’s about a 4 hour process. The app has its purpose but it’s getting to complex for the vendors that use it. ### 1/5 — SMS is Cancer *2020-02-06, version 3.1.5* Avoid this company like Cancer. Our company works only with 3rd parties like SMS, but SMS is only out to be a bully. I’ve never wasted so much time on the phone explaining the most elementary things to someone who’s supposed to be a “trade specialist” only to have them ask the most asinine questions and then have the audacity to “back bill” for a competitor fixing a problem that they declined to fix so they could save $5?!?! I would have gladly given you imbeciles $100 just to save an hour of my life I’ll never get back... SMS is a good idea that’s been met with corporate greed and poor execution. ### 1/5 — App difficulty *2019-12-22, version 3.1.4* App does not function correctly. An endless stream of updates after causing delays and lost time trying to work through short comings of this app and company. I would never recommend ANYONE to use this.... If I had the ability to give negative stars...negative 5! ### 1/5 — Seriously SMS?! *2019-02-08, version 3.0.14* How is it 2019 and it’s still impossible to schedule services through the app on my iPhone?!? Get it together! I have to go to my laptop to schedule services and FORGET trying to reschedule from your phone!
