It's easy to schedule texts and when the app notifies you of a text it opens up the text dialog immediately and let's you just press 'send' with everything filled out. Very easy to use and intuitive. It is fine that you have to set up your text but you should be able to set it up as a ‘template’ so you can reuse, especially important for a business phone. Also, it seems to set it up and you still have to press send at the time you set it up for sending. This is a big issue. Businesses need this automated. Also, if you can set this up to auto reply to text messages that are received.
