Die Wärmefunktion fällt ganz aus. Mit Wärme funktioniert das Gerät nur über die Tasten - dann kann man leider den Rest nicht einstellen. Solo funciona el calor cuando utilizas el masajeador en modo manual. It didn’t come a remote. I replaced my first one because it didn’t have a remote and it couldn’t connect with the app. Now the second one I got is doing the exact same thing… NOTHING! I really hoped it would work because it looked like a great product, but unfortunately looks can be deceiving! I’m sending it back! ### 1/5 — Schade! *2021-12-28, version 1.2.11* Ich hab mir den Nackenmassager gekauft und der wird mit mit dieser App gekoppelt. Soweit so gut, nur funktioniert die Wärme nicht. Egal was man anklickt, es wird nicht warm. Entweder ist der Nackenmassager defekt oder die App braucht wirklich mal ein Update. Ich gehe mal von der App aus, weil die anderen Leute das auch geschrieben haben. Am Gerät selbst gibt es keinen Knopf um die Wärme einzuschalten. In order to make it work, you need to open the app, then turn on the device, and restart the device. Otherwise the heat button won’t work. This is so weird.
