The Smufs BTWSQ accessory contains an FBI approved fingerprint scanner that provides FIPS-201 and PIV certified fingerprint images to an iOS device. These are REAL fingerprint images that meet the highest standards of law enforcement and commercial identification.

I downloaded the app so that I could use the office’s scanner that another co-worker was using to capture finger prints. It worked well on her android phone, however, not so much in my iPhone. It connected and scans decent enough, but it won’t give me an option to save the scans anywhere let alone put them into a jpeg or pdf format for me. I can’t use this device because the app won’t allow me to save the images.
