Ich bin den Mitstreitern im Support dafür sehr dankbar. Wenn ich auch Verluste, bei den Schlumpfbeeren,,hinnehmen musste, funktioniert das Spiel jetzt wieder einwandfrei. Vielleicht wäre es möglich, die Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache zu führen. Damit ist meine Verärgerung vollständig verflogen. Ich freue mich darauf, in den nächsten Jahren, weiterhin die Abenteuer der kleinen „Helden“ weiterhin begleiten zu können. Ich hoffe und wünsche mir, dass mir so etwas nicht noch einmal passiert. Voller Spannung erwarte ich die nächsten Updates. Not now, I barely go on it! It’s been totally ruined by adverts that randomly pop up all the time when you’re playing. It’s so annoying and frustrating when you’re playing Tracker’s weekly game. I just find Baby Smurf and an advert pops up, by the time it’s finished I’ve lost it 😡🤬!! Hate it. There is no place to report it or get assisstance. ### 1/5 — This game is a Free Trial *2026-08-02, version 2.97.2* Basically what the title says. It's all fun and games, until you start expanding. To go any further, your main quest requires you to spend 7,500 coins to upgrade something. On the island, it's 10,000 coins to upgrade your rafts and 16,000 coins to build a sand sculpture. Unless you want to watch a million videos for smurfberries OR play their rewards games which DO NOT work. I downloaded Township, got to level 5, they'll say they've rewarded you your 29 smurfberries and NEVER do. On the mountain, it's 10,000 coins for a staircase. And all your crops pay poorly, so if you happen to fall asleep, or you're busy, guess what? Your crops wither. Lol. So you spent hundreds of coins and have to pay to get them back. It's fun for a little while, but these creators are definitely more worried about you spending your money more than anything. Now, there's random pop up ads as well. I thought the ultimate hack was to get as many smurfs as you could but realistically, that's still more than likely not enough. This game takes a long time if you're trying to play just for fun. Building things takes up a ton of resources which takes a long time to get and you have to wait days for them to build unless you start spending real money. Good for them, it's just no longer fun for me. I'm not against spending money on a game, but the prices with the rewards are simply not worth it. ### 1/5 — My account *2026-07-31, version 2.97.2* I was wanting to transfer my Smurf village to my new tablet, which is an android I followed all directions. It did not load my game all the way up to where it is supposed to be. I’ve done it multiple times before and it always loads because I know how to save everything now when I go into my village and everything on my iPad the only thing that is correct is the main village everything else is wiped out everywhere and said data saved corruption I have emailed support multiple times with only one coming back saying that they can save my village and reinstate it two or three levels back and I’m like no because I have bought things and I’ve got a lot of Smurf berries and I want to get this fixed. I want to be able to sign into my Smurf ID back on my iPad. It has been multiple days now still no response back from them so I am going to let my lawyer look into this. To build a village together and slowly expand then being able to put in cooler and cooler things and even when you’re far advanced in the game it just becomes a fun part of my routine a few times a day. Only thing I’d say is more fun or interesting things to gift friends? Some way to interact more and possibly making the mountain a bit more than a wonders central.
