Service Quality The service has been at average. Several helpers are extremely slow, leaving half of the work undone, which ultimately forces us to finish the remaining tasks ourselves. 2. Coerced Star Ratings A major and very uncomfortable issue is the way ratings are handled. Service providers practically force customers to give star ratings on the spot. They stand over us until the rating is submitted and explicitly ask if we have given five stars. Ratings should be a private matter and entirely at the customer’s discretion. Pressuring customers sometimes even waiting until we are in the middle of ongoing work or waking us up from sleep to provide a rating is entirely unprofessional. While I understand that ratings help evaluate work quality, resorting to these aggressive tactics feels cheap and ruins the customer experience. I request you to take action on this behavior and review how ratings are collected.
