Great app to get you moving easily and quickly throughout the day!  Fantastic idea…can’t wait to keep using.    Easy for any ability level.

I tried this for the first time on vacation while having my coffee!  I loved it!! I was outside and didn’t need a lot of space! It was quick and I felt energized! I love this app!
