## What is SnackPop?

SnackPop - turn every good meal into an instant photo.

Press the shutter and a photo slides out from the top of your screen, then slowly develops, just like instant film. In a hurry? Shake your phone to develop it faster. One photo a day, to remember the good things you ate.

WHY SNACKPOP
- Instant-camera magic: the print ejects from the top, develops before your eyes, and you can shake to speed it up, complete with a shutter click and a little motor buzz.
- Warm film filter: takeout, a canteen lunch, midnight noodles... everything turns into a cozy, film-toned shot.
- Daily streak: one photo a day keeps your streak going, and every calendar cell becomes a tiny food photo.
- Every meal counts: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, snacks, auto-sorted by the time you shot them.
- AI writes your caption: it looks at your photo and suggests a line, running fully on-device. No internet, nothing uploaded.
- Backfill the past: forgot to shoot? Pick an older photo and it files itself under the day it was actually taken.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-up.
- No data collection, no network, no ads.
- Your food memories are yours alone.

One photo a day, to remember the good things you ate.

### 1.3 — 2026-07-24

1.3 · Your moments, never lost

- iCloud Sync is here — check-ins sync automatically to your iCloud, so new phone or reinstall, your memories come right back
- Real Polaroid sounds — the shutter click and film eject are now recordings of an actual Polaroid camera
- A prettier album — single shots now display centered like featured prints, with floating date chips throughout
- Little touches everywhere — a gently pulsing streak flame, smoother card transitions, and a warm glow on buttons

### 1.2 — 2026-06-18

Snackpop 1.2

This update makes keeping the food you loved easier — and prettier:

Six all-new filters
Tuned for food: Bright & Airy, Warm & Golden, Vibrant, Film & Matte, Dreamy Haze, Dark & Moody. Default is Original; switch per shot with a live preview, and white plates stay neutral.

Handwritten captions
Beyond typing, you can now write a line by hand — finger or Apple Pencil — right on the Polaroid border.

Lenses that fit your iPhone
Each model shows its real zoom stops (0.5× / 1× / 2× / telephoto), with the telephoto at its true factor.

Three album layouts
Polaroid wall, Grid (pinch to resize), or List — whatever suits you.

Nicer sharing
Three share cards — single print, a day of meals, and a photo diary — one tap to share.

A crystal-clear feel
Tuned for the latest iOS glass design, so the interface recedes and your photos stand out.

Plus a full English interface, favorites, gentle first-week meal reminders, and lots of polish and stability fixes.
