Also the app should retain all of the vessel information vs typing it in each time. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review and valuable feedback. Currently, we provide reservation confirmation via email, and you can also check the latest status for all your trips in the Trips tab of the app. Additionally, the app does store your vessel information for future bookings as long as you are logged in. We appreciate your suggestions for notification improvements and will consider them for future updates. Just loaded the app today, and it is a bit clunky. They will then keep all of your money, even if you’re canceling your reservation months ahead of time. They are about to catch a nice lawsuit. Stay away!!!! **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Snag-A-Slip partners with marinas and private slip owners, each with their own cancellation and payment policies. The slip you booked requires 100% payment upfront and has a strict 24-hour cancellation window, which was clearly displayed prior to booking. While some locations offer flexible cancellation terms or smaller payment deposits, it varies by property. E-mail did offer a one time 10% discount code, but only one time. Bait and switch. You should be better … ### 1/5 — Hate 3d party boating rez! *2023-05-03, version 3.5.1* These apps are simply away for a middleman to make money. Totally inconvenient for boaters. ### 1/5 — Map mode not functional *2022-01-28, version 2.0.2* Clicking in the “pins” in map mode does nothing. I was hoping this to be a better app than Dockwa but it’s not user friendly. Lots of marinas missing, especially the larger, better equipped facilities. Support requires excessive form fills for assistance. ### 2/5 — So far it’s a dud *2024-03-16* We usually use Dockwa or call marinas directly. So far both attempts to use snag-a-slip resulted in 0 communication with marinas and delays in confirmation or cancellation. Not knowing how the app works on partner end it’s hard to decide whether it’s the app or the partners, but the end result is that we can’t book anything. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.
