The first time I used this app I ordered two energy drinks and a snack, very simple request. As is the case with pretty much any delivery service, it was pretty expensive for what I was actually getting, which is why I was disappointed that they had only given me one drink yet kept the delivery fee as it was. No biggie, things happen, I figured that I could just get a refund and that would be that. Well, no. I tried emailing about this twice, however it wouldn’t go through because the customer support email address that is listed on the app “does not exist” and would not be sent. I then tried a separate email listed on their website and, while it went though that time, I still have not received any response.
