Record, photograph and annotate issues directly on your device. With an in-app purchase you can unlock the option to print or share a full report via PDF.

Clean and simple to use, Snag List includes the following features:

Record issue with titles and photos
Assign issues to the relevant person and add your comments

Create limitless numbers of Projects and Issues
Add client details, dates and other information to your projects

With the in-app purchase, you can:

Print and share professional PDF reports for each project
Import and export your Projects.
Save and Restore your Projects to/from the cloud.

Full subscription details:
When you purchase one of the available subscription plans, you get unlimited access to all the premium features for a period stated in the plan details. This is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. 
The current Snag List subscription prices are:
1. MONTHLY: $1.99 billed every month
2. 6-MONTHLY: $9.99 billed every 6 months (11% OFF)
3. ANNUALLY: $14.99 billed annually (37% OFF)

I’ve used this app as a landscape manager for more than eight years throughout multiple projects, which has been an amazing help for sharing information not only with the client but with the crew IT department was amazing helping me out when I first got the app originally having issues with it on my iPhone, been with the company ever since

1) allow more photos to be added to each item

2) when browsing items allow filtering out completed issues

3) currently when you change your name or auditor’s name in one project, it is changed on all projects (??)

This app used to be great, I could quickly walk through 20+ apartments and tag everything. Now I can’t even have 3+ individual projects saved without the app crashing. I can maybe get up to 10 pictures/items and then the app crashes and I lose my work. And the worst part is, you’re asking for 3 times the price for a subscription from when it was working well?
