## What is SnagTrack?

SnagTrack turns "there's something wrong with this" into a record you can actually send — and prove.

Photograph a defect. SnagTrack suggests what it is, how serious it is, and whether a photo is even enough to prove it. You confirm, and it's logged with the date, the room, and the evidence attached.

FOR THREE DIFFERENT JOBS

Taking over a new home — snag it properly before you sign off, then produce an inspection report your developer can't wave away, and a close-out report when the fixes are done.

Moving in, moving out, or buying — rate every room, with photos, and compare move-in against move-out. The condition report states the facts and leaves the deposit conversation to the parties.

Something needs fixing — log repairs in a home you own or rent, chase them, and keep a record of what was reported and when.

WHAT IT DOES

• Suggests the defect for you. Photograph it and the assistant proposes a title, a category and a severity. You always confirm — it suggests, it never decides.

• Knows when a photo isn't enough. A drip, a weak flow, a binding door — some defects a still can't prove. SnagTrack says so and asks for what would.

• Show it moving. For a live leak or running water, capture a few frames instead of one. No sound, no recording.

• Floorplans. Add the plan as a PDF or a photo. Printed room names become tappable rooms, so every defect is pinned where it happened.

• Send it, don't just file it. One issue or the whole outstanding list, by WhatsApp or email, to the contact you saved for that property. Free, always.

• Warranty deadlines, watched. Your phone reminds you 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before a warranty closes, and on the day. Nothing lapses while you weren't looking.

• Before and after. Photos group by stage — as found, in progress, after the fix, recurred — so the history of a defect reads at a glance.

• Reports that hold up. Dated, laid out properly, and stamped with a content fingerprint. Once generated, a copy is archived so you can produce the exact document you sent, on the date you sent it.

PRIVACY

Photos are yours. They're used to improve defect detection only if you turn that on — it's off by default. Location, if you allow it, is a rough area of about 10 km used to weight defects common to your climate; never your exact address.

HONEST ABOUT LIMITS

SnagTrack is not a survey and not an engineer. Where a crack might be structural, it says exactly that and tells you to get a professional — it will never tell you something is safe.
