## What is SnagWell?

SnagWell is the punch list and site audit app built for builders, site supervisors and trades.

LOG DEFECTS FAST
- Camera-first: take the photo, mark it up immediately with arrows, circles, text and numbered stamps, then fill in the details.
- Unlimited photos per issue, before and after shots, drag to reorder.
- Quick Items: a library of common defects so a new issue takes two taps. Fully editable.
- New issues are prefilled from the last one in the same area: trade, priority and assignee.

STAY ORGANISED
- Projects for each site or job, with areas like Level 1, Unit 4 or Kitchen.
- Filter by status, assignee or priority. Bulk update or assign issues.
- Floor plans: import a plan as a photo or PDF and drop numbered pins where each issue is.
- Contacts for the trades you assign work to.

REPORTS PEOPLE CAN ACT ON
- One tap builds a branded PDF: cover page with your logo, summary table, issues grouped by area or by assignee, photo grids, plan pages with pins and an optional sign-off page with signatures.
- Share by Mail, Messages, AirDrop or save to Files. No account, no upload, no waiting.
- Export every project to CSV.

Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage them in your App Store settings.
