## What is Snail Walk?

Bob is a giant snail. He's behind you on the path, and he never stops moving. Your real daily steps are the only thing keeping him off your back.

Snail Walk turns your actual step count into a survival game. Every step you take in real life moves you forward on the path. Stop walking, and Bob - patient, unbothered, always moving - closes the gap. Catch up, and he's still coming. There is no version of this where he gives up.

This is the only walking app where you can lose.

HOW IT WORKS
- Connect Apple Health. Your daily steps become distance on the path.
- Hold to advance - spend your banked steps to move forward, or save them for a day you can't walk.
- Bob advances at his own pace, whether or not you open the app.
- If he catches you, you die. A tombstone is placed at your distance, permanently visible to every other player who walks past.

Other apps reward you for moving. Bob doesn't care either way, he's not angry, not disappointed, just walking, same as you. He never stops. If you do, he catches up.

A SHARED WORLD
Every player walks the same path. Pass other pilgrims, walk by their graves, pay respects at a tombstone with a candle, a stone, or a flower. Compete on the Hall of Fame leaderboard for furthest distance ever survived.

SET YOUR OWN PACE
Bob's speed is adjustable - start easier, or make it brutal. It's the only setting that's yours to change, and it's never for sale.
