Easy to use! *2024-04-24* Works great! Very easy to setup and use. I like that the app offers more customizable options than the remote. You can even save favorite modes. ### 1/5 — Crap *2023-11-28* I bought the warming foot massager on Amazon, and quickly downloaded the app so that I could control it with ease, and for longer duration of time. However, after the first usage, the app will not let me in nor connect to my massager. Every time I try to login, it gives me a "network exception, try again later" error. This has been going on for nearly 2 weeks now with no solution to their "network exception." No matter how many times I uninstall - reinstall, create a new login, or re-reset my phone, it won't work and there are no instructions for assistance.
