Nail salon wouldn’t honor my reservation and made me pay in cash when I already paid on the app. Scam, stupid, unnecessary. Stay away. This has happened 3 times. You are better off just calling your local salon to make an appointment or walking in. When I contacted customer service, I was told they didn’t do refunds but I could use the Groupon another day. When I told them I had moved away from NYC and couldn’t use it, they still refused to refund me.
